Your Role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Smart Building Account Executive to lead sales initiatives for our advanced building solutions. You will engage with mechanical contractors, engineers, and designers, promoting Johnson Controls' innovative offerings. As a key player, you will drive customer satisfaction and develop enduring partnerships, positioning renewable service agreements as a cornerstone of our client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute strategic sales processes to identify, qualify, and close opportunities, ensuring customer needs are met with innovative solutions.
  • Foster relationships with industry stakeholders by demonstrating technical expertise and aligning solutions with customer goals.
  • Expand Johnson Controls' market presence by proactively identifying business opportunities and leveraging advanced sales tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline service delivery, removing obstacles, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver tailored solutions that address customers' operational objectives while highlighting Johnson Controls' value proposition.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • A minimum of 8 years in field sales, with at least 4 years in HVAC or building automation industries

Compensation

Hiring Salary Range: $74,700 - $116,000 +

Salary is determined by education, experience, and market standards. This role includes a competitive incentive plan rewarding both volume and margin success.
