Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose system issues and recommend effective repair solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years as an HVAC Technician; residential sales and service experience preferred.
  • Customer Relations: Excellent at setting job expectations with customers; friendly and approachable.
  • Technical Skills: Basic math skills required, with strong analytical focus and results-oriented mindset.
  • Other: EPA Universal preferred, EPA Type 2 required. NATE certification is a plus but not required.

Work Environment:

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
