Our HVAC Service Technicians are responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems and guiding customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
Pay and Benefits- Pay: Potential earnings $70,000 - $150,000+/annually (uncapped commission + overtime eligible)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm OR Monday - Friday 11:00am - 8:00pm, Wednesday - Saturday 8:00am - 7:00pm OR Sunday - Wednesday 8:00am - 7:00pm

Job Responsibilities- Run on average 4-5 maintenance and/or service calls daily
- Accurately troubleshoot, diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Present tailored solutions that align with each customer's needs
- Contribute to our culture of excellence by delivering work with a First-Time Fix approach, backed by reliable systems, quality tools, and continuous learning.
- Deliver 5-star while maintaining a professional, courteous, and authentic demeanor
- Maintain consistent and clear communication with team members
- Participate in on-going training to support professional growth and skill development
- Keep company vehicle clean and organized
- Maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- We welcome applicants of all experience levels - whether you've recently graduated from an HVAC training program, are just beginning your residential service career, or bring years of Residential HVAC Service Technician experience.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more, on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines.
- Regularly required to perform physically demanding tasks, including working in confined spaces, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and bending.
- Regularly required to safely use ladders and work at heights to access attics, crawl spaces, and other elevated areas as part of residential service work, in accordance with OSHA safety guidelines.
- Frequent exposure to extreme temperatures (both hot and cold), while working indoors and outdoors.
- Everyone is required to submit a pre-employment background check prior to start date
