What You Can Earn
- $80K–$100K Base Salary
- Uncapped performance bonus

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Drive sales performance across the territory—daily, weekly, monthly
- Coach and develop your team through ride-alongs, call reviews, and 1:1 performance coaching
- Improve close rates, ticket size, and overall sales consistency
- Create accountability systems that drive results without killing culture
- Partner with marketing and dispatch to maximize lead quality and conversion
- Identify gaps, solve problems, and continuously optimize the sales process
- Handle escalated customer situations with professionalism and urgency
- Build a winning, competitive, and team-first culture
Qualifications
Who You Are
You’re not just a manager—you’re a builder of people and performance.
You likely have experience in:
- Residential HVAC, plumbing, or home servicesOR
- High-ticket, in-home sales environments (windows, roofing, solar, remodeling)
And you bring:
- Proven success leading and developing sales teams
- Strong understanding of in-home sales / one-call-close environments
- A track record of driving revenue growth and improving performance
- The ability to coach, challenge, and inspire different personality types
- High accountability standards—you expect results and know how to get them
- Competitive edge with a desire to win and build something meaningful
Do You Have What It Takes?
- You live in the Louisville area
- HVAC industry experience preferred, but not required
- Management + Sales experience is required
- You lead with accountability, coaching, positivity, and results
- You’re strategic, competitive, and passionate about team success
- You hold a valid Driver's license
