Location: Long Island City/Brooklyn warehouse - In Office
Your Responsibilities:- Lead the sale of HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies through both phone and in-person customer interactions
- Provide technical support to the internal sales team, including order processing, product and service inquiries, warranty administration, and customer issue resolution
- Research market and competitive pricing data to ensure inventory is priced competitively while maintaining profitability
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for the parts sales office to achieve and exceed revenue goals
- Enhance customer policies and procedures by identifying needs and making appropriate exceptions when necessary
- Expand and grow the existing customer base through relationship building and new customer acquisition
- Identify and implement new sales strategies to increase overall office revenue from both existing and prospective customers
- Conduct regular sales calls and customer outreach to drive business growth and maintain strong client relationships
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Your Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2+ years of HVAC and/or sales experience required

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $30.91 - 50.96 USD Hourly in New Jersey/New York. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
