Technical Support Supervisor - Commercial HVAC In this critical position, he or she will oversee a team of HVAC Technical Service Advisors and assure that they have the resources to perform their jobs in a timely manner. He or She will develop new technical resources to decrease response time and assure the field is as self-sufficient as possible. In addition, this key contributor is responsible for maintaining effective lines of communication throughout the business unit. In addition - they may handle complex HVAC troubleshooting cases from time to time as needed. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position(s) fall.
