Position Overview: Supervises the Facilities Management and Infrastructure HVAC technicians. This includes HVAC maintenance activities throughout the facility to include maintenance and repair of all facility production support equipment and HVAC systems, such as, commercial roof top units, HVAC package systems, HVAC split systems, equipment cooling systems, chiller systems, etc. Organizes, implements and manages maintenance practices to improve workforce productivity, as well as, quality through effective planning and scheduling. Serves as a technical resource to users and engineering to help ensure the most productive and safe use of production systems.

Your Day to Day as a HVAC Maintenance Facilities Supervisor:- Plans, directs, coordinates and monitors the activities of assigned employees and provides ongoing training and assistance to ensure adherence to maintenance, manufacturing support and safety procedures.
- Ensures proper use of facilities, time and personnel.
- Organizes HVAC support for facility projects.
- Reviews HVAC maintenance activities for safety
- Works closely with IE Reliability Engineering and IE Planning to maintain effective predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all associated equipment and systems.
- Monitors HVAC maintenance metrics to improve overall group effectiveness.
- Data entry for equipment technical notes and work summaries in CMMS (SAP).
- Develops HVAC unit replacement priorities.
- Interviews job candidates for openings in HVAC group.
- Reviews/generates Changes and reviews SERs.
Required Qualifications:- Must have a minimum of five (5) years of industrial HVAC maintenance experience or proven equivalent or combination of experience (i.e., school and other job related experience, military, journeyman's or master tradesman certifications, etc.).
- Must be highly self-motivated and directed and able to work with IE craftsmen to resolve equipment issues and problems.
- Must maintain respirator use training.
- Must be able to demonstrate superior written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be able to support equipment outages/Shutdown and must be able to work weekends, holidays, off shifts and call-ins when required.
- Must be able to able to interact with plant personnel and management regarding facility projects and maintenance repairs in a clear and professional manner.
- Will be required to document work in CMMS (SAP).
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with SAP, Preventive/Corrective Action System, Solumina and ETQ desired.

Pay: $$ 64,090 - $$ 119,030
The base salary range for this position in Virginia (US-VA) at the start of employment is expected to be between $$ 64,090 and $$ 119,030 per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors, and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired, the selected job candidate will be employed 'at-will,' unless employed at a location and in a position subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
