Join Heritage Home Service as an HVAC Install Manager in Boxborough, MA!

We're looking for an experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead our residential installation team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can develop people, drive operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HVAC installers through regular performance management, training, and mentorship
• Manage day-to-day installation operations, scheduling, dispatch coordination, and project execution
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Provide technical support and guidance on complex installations and field challenges
• Partner with sales, service, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth project completion
• Monitor quality standards, job costs, labor efficiency, and department performance metrics
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure outstanding service experiences
• Support hiring, onboarding, and retention of top installation talent
• Participate in on-call rotation and assist during urgent customer or operational needs

Qualifications:

• HVAC installation experience with strong residential system knowledge
• Proven leadership experience managing or supervising field teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations, installation best practices, and building codes
• Experience driving team performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Proficiency with field service software and reporting tools
• Valid driver's license

Compensation

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually (based on experience and bonuses)
