HVAC Installation Manager

We9re looking for an HVAC Installation Manager who is ready to lead from the front, develop people, hold teams accountable, and create a world-class installation department.

What You9ll Do

As the HVAC Installation Manager, you will oversee the daily operations, performance, and growth of our residential installation department. You will be responsible for developing installers, improving efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring every customer receives a five-star experience.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Leading, coaching, and developing HVAC installation teams
  • Driving departmental revenue, profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Conducting ride-alongs, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching sessions
  • Creating a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
  • Managing installation schedules and workforce planning to maximize efficiency
  • Partnering with sales, dispatch, warehouse, and service teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Monitoring job quality and ensuring installations meet AllTech standards
  • Resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally
  • Managing inventory, equipment, tools, vehicles, and material utilization
  • Reviewing departmental KPIs and using data to drive decision-making
  • Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retaining top talent
  • Identifying training opportunities and helping team members advance their careers
  • Managing departmental budgets and controlling costs
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations
