THE BASICSDepending on experience, our HVAC Commercial Service Technician can earn
$80,000 to $200,000/year. We're also offering a
sign-on bonus of up to $10,000, depending on qualifications and experience. As for our

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- Assessing commercial heating and air conditioning systems to diagnose the source of electrical and mechanical issues
- Completing high-quality repair, maintenance, and replacement services
- Treating customers respectfully and professionally answering any questions
ARE YOU OUR NEXT HVAC COMMERCIAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN?Here's what we're looking for:
- 3+ years of heating and cooling experience
- Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial systems and equipment
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Availability to participate in an on-call rotation schedule
Bonus Criteria:- 5+ years of experience
- NATE certification
- "Service MVP" experience
