THE IMPACT OUR HVAC COMFORT ADVISOR MAKES

The typical schedule is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed.

This is a highly sales-driven role where you'll be in charge of generating leads, pursuing new business opportunities, and securing more projects for the company. You'll familiarize yourself with our products and services before proactively seeking out and contacting potential customers. Demonstrating your expertise, you'll ask prospects about their heating and air conditioning needs, recommend the most appropriate solutions, and overcome objections to successfully close deals.

HVAC COMFORT ADVISOR QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of HVAC or sales experience
• Strong motivation to make sales, meet targets, and continuously improve
• Ability to travel throughout the Polk County area
• Ability to effectively work independently
• Ability to generate leads through proactive outreach and networking
• Desire to grow with our company and build a long-lasting career here
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment with a sales-based pay structure offering unlimited income potential
