You'll have the opportunity to earn performance-based pay ranging from $50,000 to $125,000 per year, giving top performers the ability to significantly increase their earnings.

A LOOK INSIDE YOUR ROLE

As our HVAC Comfort Advisor, you will meet with homeowners to conduct residential HVAC sales consultations, evaluate their current comfort needs, and recommend solutions that fit their homes and budgets. You will educate customers on available options, answer questions with confidence, and create a positive experience from start to finish. Throughout your day, you will build trust, provide expert guidance, utilize company technology to document recommendations, and help homeowners make informed decisions that improve their comfort and peace of mind.

Here's what we need from you:

• In-home sales experience
• Familiarity with residential HVAC systems
• Ability to use company-provided technology
• Ability to service Lancaster, Buffalo, West Seneca, Cheektowaga, and Amherst, NY
• Customer facing experience is preferred

Must have the ability to pass a background check.
