Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HUMINT targeting.
• Proficient in tools like CHROME, CRATE, DataXplorer (DX), and other specified systems.
• Strong writing skills, particularly in composing Cables.
• Knowledge of the DoW and the broader Intelligence Community.
• Ability to develop network diagrams using Analyst Notebook.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness for a polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in targeting or 10+ years in targeting without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct HUMINT targeting activities and analysis.
• Utilize specified computer tools for data gathering and analysis.
• Draft and submit Cables for communication purposes.
• Create visual representations of networks and relationships.
• Collaborate with various federal departments on complex missions.
• Deliver briefings for high-level decision-makers for operational guidance.
