Let us help you in building your career while you provide mission critical support to the warfighter.  Responsibilities:  

 

The Mid-level HUMINT Collections Manager is responsible for providing operational support to HUMINT Operations.   Responsibilities are, but are not limited to: 

 

  • Format, review, quality control, and publish/release information intelligence reports (IIR), ensuring that all appropriate policies and guidance are adhered to, and that Information meets defined reporting thresholds. 
  • Conduct post-IIR publication review and annual IIR reconciliation. 
  • Maintain IIR reporting metrics to assist in the collection management mission.  
  • Utilize available intelligence tools to assist in a qualitative review of platform/collector performance. 
  • Present collection management trends, issues, and reporting highlights regularly to include IIR metrics to be included in monthly report. 
  • Deliverables: IIRs, collection Posture Statements, operating directives, source Panel Input, capabilities Statements, Standard operating procedures, Integrated collection strategies and collection Emphasis Messages. 
  • Travel required within the National Capital Region (NCR) on an as needed basis for customer or corporate requirements.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

  • Current TS/SCI with ability to pass a polygraph. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a Minimum of 5 years of applicable work experience. 
  • Possess the technical skills, knowledge, and experience to accomplish the work tasks with minimal oversight. 
  • Possess analytic contacts throughout the IC and capabilities for the assigned area of responsibility or target set. 
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions. 
  • Familiar with intelligence databases, software, and analytical tools. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with users and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. 
  • Capacity to adapt to changing situations to prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Good communication (both written and verbal in English), analytical, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to clearly and concisely express multifaceted concepts. 
  • Ability to develop ideas in a logical sequence leading to validated conclusions. 
  • Working knowledge and experience with the basic personal computer, Windows Operating System, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Ideal candidate will possess an active TS/SCI with polygraph. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence, Criminal Justice, Political Science, Law Enforcement or other related topics is highly desired. 
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field. 
  • Relevant Training and Certifications. 
  • Experience working in the customer environment is preferred. 

 

Security Clearance:  

This Position requires an Active TS/SCI and the ability to obtain a Poly, US Citizenship is required to hold this clearance.  

 

Target Salary Range$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
