Key Responsibilities- HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle: Oversee employee lifecycle processes, maintain HR records and documentation, administer policies, and continuously improve HR processes and service delivery.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead recruitment activities for designated roles, partner with hiring managers, coordinate onboarding programs, and deliver new hire orientation sessions.
- Learning, Development & Performance: Support learning and development programs, administer the LMS, develop training materials, and coordinate performance management initiatives.
- Internal Communications & Employee Experience: Manage internal communications processes, maintain communication channels, support employee engagement initiatives, and coordinate Inclusion & Belonging programs and campaigns.
- Employee Relations, Reporting & Compliance: Provide HR guidance to employees and leaders, support employee relations matters, maintain HRIS data integrity, produce workforce analytics, and support compliance activities.
- Projects & Continuous Improvement: Lead and participate in HR projects, implement process improvements, leverage technology solutions, and support strategic HR initiatives.
What You Bring to the Table- 3-6 years of progressive Human Resources experience supporting multiple HR disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee experience, learning and development, employee relations, HR operations, and internal communications.
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
- CHRP designation completed or in progress is considered an asset.
- Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HRIS, Learning Management Systems, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Working knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
