Full Job Description
We're seeking someone to join our HR Reporting team as a Human Resources Regulatory Reporting & Enablement Lead, responsible for delivering the firm's HR regulatory reporting and strengthening how HR reporting products are designed and used, so they meet user needs and support well-informed decisions.

In the Human Resources division, we help the firm support and develop its workforce through people insight, effective service delivery and practical tools that make it easier for employees and managers to get what they need. This is a Vice-President level position within HR Data & Intelligence, which helps the firm make better workforce decisions by turning data into trusted insight and delivering the reporting, platforms and AI-supported capabilities that support people's operations and self-service access to workforce insight across HR and the business.

What you'll do in the role:
  • Lead the firm's HR regulatory reporting portfolio, ensuring accurate, timely, submissions across reporting cycles and for relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Improve understanding and effective use of HR reporting products-including self-service dashboards-by strengthening user guidance and simplifying the user experience.
  • Translate user feedback and unmet needs into clear requirements for product enhancements and future capabilities.
  • Define reporting requirements and upstream dependencies early in the delivery to support reliable, well-understood, fit-for-purpose outputs.
  • Establish and reinforce consistent practices for scoping and validating reporting work to ensure clear requirements and alignment with reporting products.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for complex or non-standard reporting needs, including requests from senior HR and firm leadership.

What you'll bring to the role:
  • At least 8 years' relevant experience in HR regulatory reporting, workforce analytics, or data-intensive roles with expectations for accuracy, strong documentation practices, and sound judgment.
  • Skill in translating complex business needs into clear reporting requirements, challenging assumptions and surfacing implications or gaps early in delivery.
  • Working knowledge of HR data structures, reporting platforms, and data practices that support reliable operational and analytical outputs.
  • Ability to engage senior leaders and risk partners when navigating complex, time-sensitive, and high visibility requests.
  • Understanding of how different audiences consume information, and how to improve clarity and usability across reporting products and self-service tools.
