YOUR MISSION

  • Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the Employee Success Director is a true strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team;
  • You will play a pivotal role in aligning people, culture, and business performance, ensuring our talent strategy fuels SPI's growth and long-term success;

YOUR IMPACT AT SPI

As a key leader, you will:

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, HR, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Over 10 years of progressive HR experience, including strategic leadership at an executive level;
