About the Role:

The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining a productive, compliant, and positive workplace environment within the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and affirmative action policies. The manager ensures that HR operations align with the company's strategic goals while fostering a culture of fairness, respect, and continuous improvement. By effectively managing disciplinary procedures and human resources policies, the HR Manager supports both employee satisfaction and organizational performance. Ultimately, this role serves as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, facilitating communication and resolving workplace issues to promote a healthy and legally compliant work environment across the United States locations.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one-year hotel or human resources experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in human resources management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of State employment laws,labor regulations, and affirmative action requirements.
  • Proven experience in benefits administration and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. High School diploma required. College degree preferred
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives.
  • Advanced training or coursework in employment law or labor relations.
