Human Resources Manager to support

Work ScheduleFull-time, onsite role based in
West Springfield, MA. Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 4 PM with occasional travel (up to 10%) to corporate facility.
What You'll Do- Talent Acquisition: Lead full-cycle recruiting, staffing, and onboarding for the location
- Employee Relations: Manage performance, policy administration, coaching, and workplace investigations
- Leave & Claim Management: Oversee PFML, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and related compliance
- Retention & Culture: Conduct exit interviews and support initiatives that strengthen engagement
- Leadership Support: Provide coaching, guidance, and HR partnership to managers and employees
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure consistent application of policies and employment laws
- HRIS & Payroll Operations: Manage HRIS/timekeeping accuracy, approve timecards, support payroll, and complete monthly HR reporting
What You Bring- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 5-7 years of progressive HR generalist experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of employment law, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bi-lingual in Spanish; candidates that can speak, read and write fluently in Spanish will be given preference
