The Human Resources Office Manager is a critical thought-partner role that blends hands-on leadership with strategic HR expertise to ensure our people processes run as efficiently as our operations. In this role, you'll use data to paint a workforce picture for your leadership team, inspiring thoughtful action that strengthens engagement, retention, and performance.
What you'll do...As a trusted advisor and culture champion within the fulfillment center, your influence will help shape the associate experience and reinforce our member-first mindset. Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Manager, you'll lead the HR office to deliver seamless execution of talent initiatives, associate support, and workforce planning in support of accurate and timely order fulfillment for our members.
Responsibilities- Lead daily HR office operations, ensuring consistent execution of onboarding, associate relations, attendance management, and compliance processes within the fulfillment center.
- Partner with Operations leadership to align workforce planning, staffing strategies, and engagement initiatives with business needs.
- Monitor and analyze key workforce metrics (turnover, retention, attendance, engagement) and implement action plans to drive performance improvement.
- Coach and support frontline and salaried leaders on performance management, policy interpretation, and talent development.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining adherence to company policies and ethical standards.
- Lead associate relations investigations and conflict resolution efforts, fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.
- Support recruitment, hiring, and leadership development initiatives to build a strong internal talent pipeline and drive long-term organizational success.

Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year's supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 2 years' Walmart Logistics management experience OR 2 years' supervisory experience, including 1 year's experience managing human resource processes OR 1 year's Walmart Stores, Inc. Human Resources experience.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
