OpportunityThe HR Manager, KBA supports the development, planning, and execution of human resources initiatives that enable the organization to meet its people and business objectives. This role partners closely with leaders, managers, and key stakeholders to support the execution of HR strategies aligned to the broader enterprise and site level business plans.
The HR Manager contributes across core HR disciplines including talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation, diversity and inclusion, performance management, engagement, and employee relations. This role champions HR programs, practices, and policies with the objective of supporting a strong, talent-focused culture and enhancing organizational effectiveness and agility focused culture and enhancing organizational effectiveness and agility.
The HR Manager builds effective working relationships, delivers high-quality HR support, and collaborates with senior business leaders and HR leaders in the business and our Centers of Expertise to execute solutions that support business strategy and operational needs.
The role supports KBA's Customer Care This role will specifically support our Customer Care and Customer Experience organizations.
Specific Responsibilities - Support the development and execution of human resources strategies to ensure HR solutions and workforce plans align with business objectives.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships based on trust, transparency, and collaboration to support business outcomes.
- Execute core HR processes such as talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, and development activities within a matrixed organization.
- Partner with managers to support talent management initiatives, including attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining talent in key roles.
- Support workforce development efforts by identifying skill gaps, partnering with leaders to determine development needs, and leveraging available learning and development resources.
- Lead data-driven organizational assessments and the use of HR metrics to support organizational effectiveness, culture, and engagement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers and associates on employee relations matters, including performance management, policy interpretation, disciplinary actions, and complaint resolution, in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
- Partner with leaders and managers to support organizational change initiatives, including change management planning, communication, and implementation.
- Support employee experience initiatives such as engagement surveys, skip-level meetings, exit/stay interviews, and action planning.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations including EEO, AAP, OSHA, WC, Unemployment, FMLA, ADA, and qualifications and requirements
Skills/Requirements - Bachelor's degree and HR certification(s) preferred.
- 4+ years of relevant HRBP experience
- Demonstrated HR experience with broad exposure across core HR functions, supporting managers and associates in a matrixed environment.
- Experience partnering with leaders to support business objectives and HR initiatives.
- Working knowledge of talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development practices.
- Experience supporting or collaborating with global or cross functional teams preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and identify trends.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and execute effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate discretion, professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment in a diverse work environment.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
