  • Partner with regional and site leadership to plan, communicate, and implement organizational changes, policy updates, system implementations, and process improvements.
  • Equip managers with tools and training to lead their teams through change effectively, including how to address employee concerns, maintain productivity, and reinforce new behaviors.
  • Serve as a liaison between field operations and corporate HR to ensure clear, consistent messaging during periods of transition.
  • Develop and implement regional strategies that enhance employee well-being, engagement, and a positive workplace culture across all sites.
  • Lead recognition programs, including Spark, Employee of the Month, and other engagement initiatives that reinforce company values.

  • Facilitate team-building activities, roundtables, and listening sessions to strengthen connections between employees and leadership.
  • Partner with regional VPs, District Managers, and General Managers to align people strategies with business goals, with a focus on organizational health and team effectiveness.
  • Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (NLRA, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, etc.) across a multi-state footprint, particularly as they relate to employee relations and workplace investigations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and proactively adapt regional HR processes to remain compliant.
