Key Responsibilities:- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Oversee benefits administration and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
- Lead training and development initiatives

Experience and SkillsQualifications:- 3-5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in hospitality
