The HR Manager helps ensure that all people-related processes reflect EWTN's values while supporting employee engagement, performance, and compliance.

What you will do

This role partners with department leaders to build strong teams, promote morale, and retain top talent, while supporting compensation processes, HR reporting, and compliance efforts. You will collaborate closely with the broader HR team on benefits, leave administration, and policy implementation, support the operational needs of the Washington, DC office and News Division, and contribute to ongoing HR initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

About you

You bring 5 - 7 years of progressively responsible experience in HR management, with a proven ability to coach leaders, develop staff, and handle employee relations with professionalism and discretion. Experience in a nonprofit environment and bilingual Spanish skills are helpful but not required. You hold an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, with SHRM certification strongly preferred. As a practicing Catholic, you are deeply committed to EWTN's mission and values.

  • Worship at work! Freedom to participate in Mass, visit the chapel for prayer or attend an annual retreat.
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability insurance and Retirement Savings Plan.
  • 11 Paid Holidays and generous Paid Time Off program.
