Full Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will serve as the onsite strategic Human Resources leader for our large manufacturing facility in Council Bluffs, Iowa, providing guidance on workforce, organizational, talent, employee relations, and labor relations matters. You will partner closely with plant leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, culture initiatives, and business performance whilemaintaining a visible presence throughout the facility. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization, balancing strategic thinking with operational execution to create a safe, engaged, and high-performing workplace.

ATaste of Your Responsibilities

  • Serveas the lead Human Resources partner to plant leadership, providing strategic guidance on workforce, organizational, talent, employee, and labor relations matters.

  • Leadand develop a team of Human Resources professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Establisha strong floor presence, building credibility and relationships with employees, supervisors, and leaders across all shifts.

  • Leadlabor relations activities and provide guidance on labor-related matters.

  • Partnerwith operations leaders to proactively address employee relations matters, improve engagement, and foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Drivetalent management processes including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.

  • Coachand influence leaders at all levels on employee development, organizational effectiveness, change management, and leadership capability.

  • Partnerwith Recruiting to support talent acquisition needs, onboarding, and retention strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Ensurecompliance with all federal, state, local, and employment regulations while minimizing organizational risk.

  • Leadcompensation, salary planning, culture assessment, and organizational development initiatives.

  • UseHuman Resources metrics and workforce analytics to identify trends, make recommendations, and support business decision-making.

IngredientsRequired for Your Success

  • Bachelor'sdegree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

  • 7+years of progressive Human Resources experience within a large manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Experienceleading and developing Human Resources teams.

  • HumanResources experience within a large manufacturing environment, including labor relations and support of facilities with 500+ employees.

  • Experienceleading organizational change, talent strategy, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Strongemployee relations background with experience resolving complex workplace issues.

  • Demonstratedsuccess building trust and credibility through a visible, hands-on leadership style and employee engagement.

  • Knowledgeof labor law, ERISA, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Labor, and other employment regulations.

  • Experienceusing Workday or other Human Resources information systems and leveraging data to support decision-making.

  • Excellentcommunication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Provensuccess influencing senior leaders through strong executive presence, sound judgment, and business acumen while effectively leading through ambiguity and change in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Onsite 5 days per week

Thisis a manufacturing environment with large, moving equipment. Noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary.

Compensation

Pay Range:$109,000-$159,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee27s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees27 equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
