Partner directly with employees to resolve sensitive or difficult work-related issues with care and professionalism
Guide supervisors and managers on job description development, benefits communication, compensation programs, and personnel policies
Own the performance management process, including counseling managers through annual performance reviews
Manage sensitive, confidential information with discretion while collaboratively partnering across client groups

Safety specific responsibilities include:

Implements and maintains Compass safety program to conform with client safety requirements

Manages the resolution process of safety and health issues as they arise by use of analysis, benchmarking, risk management and regulatory compliance
