Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Job Description
The Human Resources Manager leads full-cycle HR operations with a strong focus on talent acquisition, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and HR process optimization. This role partners closely with leadership and hiring managers to attract top talent, support employee engagement and retention, and ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices. The Human Resources Manager also manages HR systems, data integrity, and reporting to provide insights that support strategic workforce planning.
Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for exempt and non-exempt positions, from requisition through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and workforce planning initiatives aligned with organizational needs.
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure strong alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.
  • Coordinate and manage job postings, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment marketing efforts to attract qualified talent.
  • Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience from application through hire, including timely communication and feedback.
  • Monitor hiring metrics and trends, and identify opportunities to improve recruitment effectiveness and time-to-fill.
  • Design, coordinate, and continuously improve onboarding programs that support successful integration of new employees.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure completion of all required documentation and onboarding tasks.
  • Partner with department leaders to ensure new employees receive appropriate training, resources, and support.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with new hires to support engagement, address concerns, and improve retention.
  • Maintain and update onboarding materials, policies, and procedures to keep them current and effective.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Administer health, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, and other employee benefit offerings accurately and timely.
  • Coordinate annual open enrollment activities, including employee communications and education.
  • Collaborate with benefit providers and brokers to resolve employee questions, issues, and escalations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable benefits-related regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HRIS data, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations across HR operations.
  • Support performance management processes, including coaching leaders on performance and employee relations matters.
  • Assist with employee relations issues by providing guidance, documentation, and policy interpretation.
  • Support policy administration, including communication, updates, and consistent application across the organization.
  • Assist with compensation analysis and salary benchmarking to support competitive and equitable pay practices.
  • Contribute to workforce planning efforts by providing HR insights and data to leadership.
  • Develop and implement HR processes and procedures that promote efficiency, scalability, and a positive employee experience.
  • Generate HR reports and metrics for leadership review, providing analysis and recommendations based on data.

Essential Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits administration, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and life insurance programs.
