Human Resources Director Schedule & Benefits- Schedule: Full-time, including a monthly weekend rotation

Human Resources Director Qualifications - Associates Degree required, Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
- Previous experience as a Human Resources Director in a long-term care setting is preferred
- Computer Knowledge
Human Resources Director Responsibilities - Review payroll bi-weekly and update personnel policies as needed.
- Coordinating interviews for new staff along with the recruitment team.
- Onboarding new hires and organizing orientations.
- Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed.
- Any other duties as assigned.
