Job Description

Cintas is seeking Human Resources Director - Rental to provide consultative HR guidance and manage the HR function for a region/group of the organization. The HRD will provide support and training within the group/region on key initiatives including but not limited to strategic planning, partner engagement, retention, staffing, safety, compensation, benefits, training and development, performance management, succession, and employee relations to maximize profitability and productivity. The HRD will also be responsible for evaluating and developing field Human Resources professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Acts as a liaison between assigned business region/group and the corporate HR department.
  • Oversee FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Hiring System, DOT Compliance Program, Management Trainee, Diversity & Inclusion, Mentor Program and Training Compliance for region.
  • Identify shortcomings in existing processes, systems and procedures, then uses established change management programs to deliver prescribed outcomes and/or provide support services.
  • Consistently evaluate location staffing requirements.
  • Creates HR goals and objectives for the region or group.
  • Ensures all HR partners/managers are trained on HRIS and there is integrity with the data for the region/group.
  • Ensures compliance with safety programs and standard operating procedures.

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $134,550.00 - $174,800.00/Year and is eligible for an annual target bonus. The bonus earned is based on the performance of the individual, location, division, and/or company. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
