Compensation DataCOMPENSATION: The hourly rate or salary range for this position is $125,000 to $135,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities- Partner with senior leaders and teams-including front line managers to identify opportunities, develop solutions and drive results/impact
- Coach and advise leaders on people strategy (Organization Design, Change Management, Talent Management and Employee Engagement)
- Ensure the efficient delivery of HR programs and services to include, but not limited to performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, etc.
- Build and implement organizational effectiveness strategies focused on driving employee engagement and retention
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to attract, on board, develop and retain the talent needed to meet business needs
- Participate in enterprise-wide initiatives/projects as assigned, contributing to and helping lead US HR strategy work in close partnership with the US Sector HRVP

QualificationsMinimum 10-12 years of progressive experience as an HR generalist role, with strong organization capability/organization development, change management and talent management experience
• Experience in using HR technology and analytics
• HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) a plus
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR Development, Labor Relations, OD or related business field; Master's degree preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale change initiatives
• Proven ability to partner, communicate and consult with executive and senior-level leadership routinely and effectively
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Travel 50-70%-depending on business needs
