Some duties include but are not limited to:
As a strategic partner, aligns business objectives with employees and management in designated business unit(s). In collaboration with Hospital Leadership/Administrative team, provides insight and counsel related to the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of Human Resources programs as they relate to the Hospital strategic goals. The HR Business Partner works with the HR team and organizational leadership to integrate human resource engagement objectives into all aspects of operations. Serves as expert consultant to management on human resources related issues. Maintains business literacy as it relates to the financial position, culture, business objectives and goals of designated business unit(s). Builds strong, trusted and effective relationships with employees and leaders across the Hospital. Promotes the HR Experience through the ICARE Values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.

Salary Range:
$72,000 - $105,000.00

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience: 3-5 years' experience in Human Resource Management or HR leadership; experience as an HR Business Partner preferred.
License/Certification Required: N/A
Skills: Required: experience in Excel, Word, Outlook, excellent communication skills, effective analytical and problem solving skills, superior interpersonal skills, comfort with and skill at leading and managing change
Preferred: experience with HR systems such as HRIS/HRMS, Talent Management System, Applicant Tracking System; experience in a health care setting
