We are seeking a strategic and collaborative
HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders on talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning. This role serves as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving people initiatives that support business objectives while fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
- Provide coaching and HR guidance to leaders on performance management, employee engagement, change management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead organizational development and change initiatives, including restructures and process improvements.
- Collaborate with Employee Relations on complex employee matters and ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws.
- Support compensation planning, promotions, market adjustments, and recognition programs.
- Drive learning and development initiatives, career pathing, and leadership development.
- Implement HR policies and programs aligned with global HR strategies.
Qualifications- 2-5 years of HR Business Partner or related HR experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience supporting leaders within a complex, matrixed organization; global experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law.
- Experience with succession planning, career development, organizational change, and leadership coaching.
- Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and partner effectively with leaders at all levels.
