Position Summary

Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - Multiple Locations

Location Options:

What You'll Do

As an HR Business Partner, you will:
  • Partner with hospital and operational leadership to support workforce strategies that attract, develop, engage, and retain talent.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to identify opportunities and drive business outcomes.
  • Lead and support change management initiatives, engagement efforts, and workforce planning activities.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Learning & Development, and other HR Centers of Excellence.
  • Provide guidance on policy interpretation, complex employee issues, leadership development, and retention strategies.
  • Support strategic initiatives aligned with organizational and hospital goals.

Preferred Experience

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Five (5) years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience.
  • Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines such as employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, compensation, leadership coaching, and organizational effectiveness.
