Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner manages and resolves employee relations issues and ensures compliance with policies and procedures. Provides support to leadership and employees to resolve employee relations issues. Provides coaching and counseling to leadership in the area of employee training, corrective action/performance improvement, terminations, investigations, and employee complaints/grievances. Supports leadership in workforce reduction efforts by gathering relevant data, preparing analytical reports, and obtaining internal approvals. Supports the Talent Acquisition team during the offer rescission process. Reviews and responds to turnover data obtained from exit interviews. Responds to unemployment insurance claims. Performs special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or closely related field.
  • At least two (2) years of Human Resources work experience handling employee relations and workplace investigations required.
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment law.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
