Full Job Description
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This position serves as a strategic advisor and consultant to management on human resources-related issues. The HRBP partners with leadership to develop and implement HR solutions that support the business goals, enhance organizational performance, and foster a positive workplace culture

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic HR Partnership:
    • Act as a trusted advisor to management, providing HR expertise and guidance on business decisions.
    • Collaborate with business leaders to identify HR priorities and develop strategies that support business objectives.
    • Facilitate organizational change initiatives and support leaders in managing the impact of change.
  2. Talent Management:
    • Support talent acquisition efforts by working with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and participate in the recruitment process.
    • Develop and implement talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
    • Identify high-potential employees and create development plans to support their growth and retention.
  3. Employee Relations:
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
    • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and workplace issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
  4. HR Policies and Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
    • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements.
    • Provide training and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  5. Performance Management:
    • Partner with managers to develop performance management processes that drive employee engagement and performance.
    • Provide coaching and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and delivering feedback.
    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Learning and Development:
    • Assess training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Partner with external vendors to deliver training programs and workshops.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. HR Metrics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making.

Requirements
