THE JOB:

As a Human Resources Partner at Borgata, you'll be at the forefront of driving our property's talent and human resources initiatives alongside operational leaders and the Director of Talent Management! Your focus on Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management, and Culture will be key in transforming our workplace into a vibrant hub of engagement and excellence. Collaborate with passionate leaders to implement innovative action plans and processes that elevate Employee Engagement and Guest Service, shaping an extraordinary experience for both our teams and our guests.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Support operational leaders with talent and performance management, with a focus on enhancing onboarding, increasing leadership capabilities, and supporting the Company-wide succession planning process.
  • Partner with operational leaders on employee surveys, leadership skip-level meetings, and employee focus group meetings to conduct regular organizational health assessments. Consult, support, and provide guidance to property/corporate division leadership to develop action plans to address employee feedback.
  • Partner with Guest Experience and Brand Marketing on employee activations focused on increasing Employee Friendliness scores and employees' knowledge of key property experiences.
  • Partner with HR Director, Learning & Development CoE and property leadership to drive implementation of learning strategies and training plans at the property level.
  • Facilitate the exit interview process by conducting interviews, ensuring the integrity of data, providing analytics and metrics, and providing turnover reports and analysis, including recommendations based on findings.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • 3+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Human Resources or related field, required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills, with particular attention to quality and detail

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is:
$72,000.00 - $96,000.00

This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company's incentive plan.
Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
