Full Job Description
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Location: Innisfail, Alberta (Full-Time Onsite Position)

This is an opportunity to work closely with leaders across the business, influence workforce decisions, support employee engagement, and help build the teams that drive our future.

What You'll Do
  • Proactively source and attract top talent through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry connections
  • Build talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs
  • Support employee engagement, workplace culture, and retention initiatives
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness
  • Partner with leaders and employees to navigate complex people matters, including incident management, return-to-work planning, workplace accommodations, investigations, and workforce risk mitigation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, and conflict resolution.
