Location: Innisfail, Alberta (Full-Time Onsite Position)

What You'll Do- Proactively source and attract top talent through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry connections
- Build talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs
- Support employee engagement, workplace culture, and retention initiatives
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness
- Partner with leaders and employees to navigate complex people matters, including incident management, return-to-work planning, workplace accommodations, investigations, and workforce risk mitigation.
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, and conflict resolution.
What You'll Bring- 8+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction, or skilled trades environments
- Strong knowledge of Alberta Employment Standards, Human Rights legislation, WCB, and workplace investigations
- Proven success sourcing and attracting top talent
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- CPHR designation or working toward designation is an asset
