We're looking for someone with prior experience in onboarding and background processing who is also comfortable leading new hire orientations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Initiate, track and clear background checks, escalating complex cases and supporting background check audits.
Provide operational support for onboarding, including new hire communications, processing one-time payments such as sign-on bonuses and auditing onboarding tasks completion.
Assist with New Hire Orientation by booking conference rooms, ordering catering, updating decks, coordinating guest speakers and sending out calendar invites.
Complete I-9s and support visa data entry in Workday.
Support with documentation tracking, including education verification for intern conversions.
Serve as the first point of contact for Tier 1 onboarding and background check inquiries, supporting new hires, managers and recruiters.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned based on departmental needs.
