General Description: Human Resource Manager
General Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR contact, providing strategic and day-to-day support across the organization.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and workforce planning.
- Administer HR policies, programs, and practices in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Manage employee relations, leaves of absence, benefits, and retirement plan administration.
- Maintain HRIS and applicant tracking systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient workflows.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR processes, programs, and documentation.
- Coordinate employee training programs, including regulatory and compliance training.
- Broker-Dealer registered representative HR and compliance-related tasks.
- Partner with leadership on performance management, compensation, organizational development, and talent initiatives.
- Analyze workforce trends and recommend solutions to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Finance, IT, and business leaders to implement firm-wide initiatives.
- Identify organizational risks and process improvement opportunities and independently implement solutions.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Equivalent work experience acceptable in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and improve HR processes, systems, and infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Bamboo HR and Insperity platforms is helpful.
- Multi-state experience preferred.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification preferred.
Compensation:
$80,000 to $95,000 based on experience
