Cascade FinTech is looking for an Human Resources Manager. The successful candidate will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. They will undertake personnel-related and vendor administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. Candidate must have the ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
The candidate will support the Leadership team with and manage Human Resource functions including:
- Recruitment, assessments, interviews, job offers, background checks, and orientation of employees.
- Collaboration and facilitation of constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Consulting by way of providing guidance, processes, and recommendations in regards to employee disciplinary and termination handling in accordance with company policy and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and the recommended best practices.

General administration duties require a candidate in this position to possess excellent typing skills, strong oral and written skills, and the ability to communicate well with others. Experience with ADP Payroll, Benefits and Time Clock is a plus. Candidates must also be able to operate general office equipment, such as a copy machine, and scanner. Responsibilities will include:- First point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and external partners
- Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
- Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs.
- Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
- Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
- Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.
- Prepare and manage HR databases including personnel records and documents.
- Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
- Facilitates professional development, training, and certification activities.
- Manage the organization's payroll department to ensure all aspects of payroll are processed correctly and on time. This will include administering payroll procedures, preparing reports for the accounting department, and resolving any payroll problems or discrepancies.
- Performs other duties as required.
Job Requirements- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Masters degree preferred.
- At least five years of human resource management experience required.

Desirable - Experience with ADP
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred.
- Experience in the Prepaid Industry with payments cards (prepaid, debit)
