Role: Human Resource Director

Location: Midland-Odessa, TX 79701

Type: FT / Onsite

What You'll Do:
• Lead HR strategy across a large, integrated healthcare environment
• Partner closely with executive leadership as the senior HR advisor
• Oversee HR leaders across employee relations, benefits, talent, performance, and learning
• Strengthen HR processes, structure, accountability, and consistency
• Support team engagement and rebuild trust following leadership transition
• Guide workforce initiatives aligned to operational and organizational goals

*Must be open to relocate
