Human Centered Design Specialist

Job Level: W2T Consultant

Job Location: Onsite- Tuesday-Thursday, West Loop

Travel Expectations: No Travel

Job Classification: Temporary (W2T) Contractor

In this role, you will:
  • Lead human-centered design activities for ServiceNow process and workflow initiatives.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, journey mapping, user research, and design workshops.
  • Translate user insights into streamlined service experiences and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to align user needs with ServiceNow platform capabilities.
  • Drive change adoption by ensuring solutions are intuitive, accessible, and effective.


Who You Are:
  • 5+ years of experience in Human-Centered Design, Service Design, UX, or Process Transformation.
  • Experience supporting ServiceNow implementations or process modernization initiatives.
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
  • Expertise in journey mapping, design thinking, process design, and user research.
