Human Centered Design Specialist Job Level: W2T Consultant
Job Location: Onsite- Tuesday-Thursday, West Loop

In this role, you will: - Lead human-centered design activities for ServiceNow process and workflow initiatives.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, journey mapping, user research, and design workshops.
- Translate user insights into streamlined service experiences and process improvements.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to align user needs with ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Drive change adoption by ensuring solutions are intuitive, accessible, and effective.
Who You Are: - 5+ years of experience in Human-Centered Design, Service Design, UX, or Process Transformation.
- Experience supporting ServiceNow implementations or process modernization initiatives.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Expertise in journey mapping, design thinking, process design, and user research.
- Ability to influence across all organizational levels and lead complex initiatives
- Experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.
- ServiceNow certifications or familiarity with ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or related modules.
- Background in change management or organizational transformation.
