UKG Configuration Analyst
As a UKG Configuration Analyst, you are responsible for operating alongside a client team with trust concerns from a prior flawed design, having Strong documentation discipline - design specs, test scripts, UAT tracking and ability to coordinate across a shared build with other configuration analysts without rule conflicts or duplicated logic.

| Day-to-Day - Healthcare or 24/7 shift-based environment experience (hospital or comparably regulated shift industry).
- Demonstrated experience diagnosing and remediating existing configurations, not only net-new builds.
- Working knowledge of FLSA, state wage-and-hour rules, and multi-differential pay structures.
- Experience with self-scheduling, shift bidding, or float pool functionality within Advanced Scheduling.
UKG Configuration Analyst
| Skills & Experience - 3-5+ years hands-on UKG Pro WFM (Kronos/Dimensions) configuration in Pay Rules, Accruals, and Advanced Scheduling.
- Prior UKG implementation experience specifically within a hospital or health system client.
- Union / CBA rule configuration experience.
- Exposure to WFM-to-payroll integration points and interface troubleshooting.
- UKG certification - Pro WFM configuration or implementation track.
