  • Compile, analyze, and interpret HSSE performance data to identify trends, recommend corrective actions, and contribute to account-wide performance reporting and dashboards.
  • Coordinate and support responses to indoor air quality (IAQ), mold, and environmental events while assisting with the management of applicable environmental permits and requirements.
  • Support JLL's Client Assurance Program (JCAP) activities and maintain audit-ready HSSE documentation and compliance records while partnering with internal and external stakeholders to uphold safety standards.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and take initiative in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate risks and recommend effective corrective actions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Smartsheet, and other standard business technologies and reporting tools.

  • Professional certifications such as GSP, ASP, or progress toward CSP, CHMM, CIH, or other occupational health and safety credentials.
  • Experience supporting environmental compliance initiatives, including IAQ, mold response coordination, or environmental permitting activities.
