Qualifications 3 Diploma, degree, or certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field. 3 CRSP or CSP designation is an asset. 3 Minimum 10 years of field HSE experience (construction or industrial preferred; broader HSE experience considered). 3 Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HSE program development (may overlap with field experience). 3 Demonstrated technical writing, communication, and facilitation skills. 3 Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with AI tools for program development is an asset. 3 Strong collaboration, change leadership, and analytical abilities. 3 Willingness to travel (approximately 1 week per month).
