As a HSE Programs Lead for PCL Constructors Inc. in Edmonton, Alberta (Corporate), under the strategic direction of the Director, HSE Programs, ensuring technical execution and continuous improvement of HSE initiatives. The HSE Programs Lead is responsible for advancing PCL's HSE programs through continuous improvement, innovation, and effective implementation. This role leverages both field and program development experience to ensure HSE initiatives are practical, forward-thinking, and aligned with the needs of project teams across the company. The HSE Programs Lead collaborates extensively with internal and external stakeholders to identify, adapt, and scale best practices, supporting PCL's commitment to industry leadership in safety.
