Full Job Description
Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HSE Leadership – Serve as a key member of the site leadership team, driving the integration of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) priorities into all business and operational decisions.
  • Safety Culture & Leadership Accountability – Champion a strong safety culture by coaching leaders, challenging practices when needed, and ensuring accountability for HSE performance across the organization.
  • Site-Wide HSE Governance – Lead HSE strategy and governance, fostering alignment and engagement across production, engineering, maintenance, logistics, and support functions.
  • HSE Team Leadership & Development – Manage and develop the HSE Officer, providing direction, prioritization, coaching, and oversight of daily HSE activities and initiatives.
  • Compliance & Management Systems – Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, corporate HSE standards, and all applicable regulatory requirements through effective leadership and execution.
  • Occupational Health & Risk Management – Oversee industrial hygiene and occupational health programs, including risk assessment, control strategies, and management of hazardous substances and workplace health risks.
