Job Summary:Falcon's is searching for a HSE Manager who will be the primary point of assistance and facilitator of, the implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Falcon's Attractions HSE program. The HSE manager shall be responsible for the continual education in all HSE related matters.
Essential Functions:- Assist the management of the personnel in the Falcon's Attractions Facility with development and implementation of a comprehensive Orientation program that encompasses all HSE related areas as they relate to the specific duties.
- Assist Management in the implementation, continual improvement and maintenance of the Training Program.
- Production and maintenance of HSE performance measurement and quarterly reports.
- Assist the management of the personnel in the Falcon's Attractions Facility with development and implementation of a comprehensive HSE Program that covers both work in the Falcon's Attraction Facilities and off-site locations.
- Travel -- 15-20% annualized.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:- Must have or be able to quickly acquire knowledge of company structure (mission, goals, and objectives), and policies and procedures.
- Post secondary education is a plus.
- Certification or demonstrated coursework in HSE related subjects.
- 10+ years technical experience.
- Some manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Management experience working with all levels of management and technical personnel.
- HSE familiarity with HSE Management System principals.
- Industry HSE standards and principals.
- Behavioral HSE Programs function and implementation.
- Proactive measurement of HSE.Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America.
- Will not require Falcon's Beyond Global, LLC to commence ("sponsor") an immigration case in order to be employed (now or in the future).
