Perella Weinberg Partner's HRIS team is looking for an experienced operations associate to help maintain Human Resources management systems. This individual will serve as a technical lead for assigned functional areas while also assisting subject matter experts to ensure data integrity and data analysis for process improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, eager to learn and possess the ability to handle a fast-paced environment where the business requires flexibility, strong communication & interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.
The HRIS Associate will have the opportunity to support HR Tech upgrades. This individual will also support analyzing HR Tech performance, process improvement initiatives pertaining to work process design & flow. The ideal hire will be able to adhere to project schedules, maintain a system of orientation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES- Operate across multiple HR systems (including Workday, ATS, Data warehouse tools, by performing system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS and other system upgrades, and troubleshooting any errors. Collaborates with functional and technical vendor staff to coordinate the application of upgrade or fix for continuous improvement.
- Provide support to the organization's systems, develop, design, implement, and improve HR applications and business solutions.
- Generate ad hoc reports/queries/analyses, including writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools (HR dashboarding).
- Develop and implement new processes and systems for efficient HR management
- Optimize HRIS processes, integrate new software, and perform diagnostic tests
- Perform statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and run queries
- Ensure the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics
- Perform audits on HR processes and documents
- Develop and monitor reporting dashboards, metrics, and automated data feeds
- Update and alter account logins, permissions, and ongoing reports
- Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics
- Maintain system documentation and training aids for system functions, changes, and solutions
- Conduct trainings, including developing user procedures, guidelines, manuals, and process documentation.
- Maintain awareness of current trends in HR Tech with a focus on product and service.
- Implement process improvements and policy changes based on trends to improve efficiency and the user experience with HR systems
- Own HR Project plan(s), ensuring key milestones are met by tracking and monitoring progress on all projects assigned
- Support Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR Tech & Operations queries / requests from the business
- Support HR related projects as a resource and general HR Operations as required
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS- 3-5 years' experience with enterprise information systems and or organizational data/reporting ; preferred experience in Workday Products including but not limited to Reporting, HCM, Security, Business Processes
- Experience managing HR processes enabled by HR Tech, and support multiple systems
- Microsoft office proficiency, with advanced use of Microsoft Excel
- BI and reporting tool experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Strong working knowledge of Workday
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Experience in data analytics and stakeholder analysis
- Advanced proficiency in database management
The annualized base salary for this position is $145,000 - $165,000.
The annualized base salary range represents low and high ends of the base pay range for this position. The specific base salary an employee in this job classification receives depends on a number of factors, including but not limited to, geographic work location, prior employment history/experience, job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
Base pay is just one component of PWP's total compensation package that may be available to employees. Depending on the position and other factors, other rewards may also include discretionary bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), paid time off, and many other benefits, subject to applicable eligibility criteria and Firm policies.
