The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, optimization, and support of the organization's UKG Pro platform. This role ensures accurate HR data, efficient system functionality, and reliable reporting while partnering closely with corporate and subsidiary HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders. The HRIS Analyst plays a key role in system configuration, process improvements, analytics, and continuous enhancement of UKG capabilities and related HR technology platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesUKG System Administration- Support day-to-day administration of UKG modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Recruiting, and the employee help center, HRSD.
- Configure and maintain business rules, workflows, process automation, and request management.
- Assist and support the HR Generalists and Coordinators with employee lifecycle transactions including hires, job changes, compensation updates, leaves, and terminations.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with UKG support or implementation partners.
- Support UKG upgrades, releases, and feature adoption through thorough test-environment validation.
Data Integrity & Governance- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of employee data within UKG.
- Perform routine audits and reconciliations across HR, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Time modules.
- Partner with corporate and local Payroll and Finance resources to ensure correct data flow and calculations.
Reporting & Analytics- Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports using UKG Business Intelligence (BI) and reporting tools.
- Create dashboards and metrics related to headcount, turnover, compensation, time, benefits, and compliance.
- Support workforce analytics and leadership reporting with actionable insights.
- Translate business questions into data-driven solutions.
Integrations & Technical Support- Support inbound and outbound integrations with systems such as benefits vendors, finance systems, recruiting tools, and third-party providers.
- Assist with file feeds, API troubleshooting, and testing.
- Partner with subsidiaries on access controls, data security, and system connectivity.
Process Improvement & Projects- Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and standardize HR processes within UKG.
- Support HRIS projects including module implementations, enhancements, and process redesigns.
- Coordinate and support testing efforts (UAT), documentation, and end-user training.
Compliance & Security- Support compliance reporting (e.g., EEO, ACA, FLSA, SOX, audits).
- Ensure HRIS processes align with global data privacy laws, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle sensitive employee data with discretion and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience administering/maintaining an HRIS system.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and data flows across HR, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Time.
- Experience building reports and dashboards in UKG BI or similar tools.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with UKG integrations, file feeds, or APIs.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or other analytics tools.
- Experience in working with UKG (UKG Pro and/or Workforce Management) in an HRIS role.
- Experience supporting system implementations, acquisitions, or large enhancements.
- HR or payroll compliance knowledge.
- Knowledge and experience of SQL programming.

Compensation InformationBase Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 USD (Annually)
