  • Reporting & Analytics: Design, build, and deliver standard, custom, and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics, support compliance requirements, and inform strategic business decisions.
  • Security, Audits & Compliance: Administer HRIS user access and security roles in alignment with company policies and data privacy standards. Execute routine data and security audits to maintain data integrity and support SOX compliance or regulatory audits.
  • Documentation & Training: Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and SOPs to support system usability, operations, and cross-functional training.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR Field and Center of Excellence teams (Total Rewards, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Compliance & Employee Relations) and Audit teams to support cyclical HR processes and special projects.
